We are excited to have the opportunity to share with you a little bit about Kingdom Life International. January 4, 2009 was the opening service for us as, Shekinah Glory Ministries. Shekinah Glory was housed at Hillcrest Community Center for 5 months.
Shekinah Glory then moved to 635 SW Western. This particular church building is currently the oldest standing church building in the city of Topeka. God then opened the door and led Pastor Abbott to move the church to the Abbott Community Center, there Shekinah Glory spent the next 2 years.
Early 2013, God started dealing with Pastor Abbott and Pastor Starr Williams of City of Light Worship Center about merging the churches together to be more effective in advancing the Kingdom. In obedience to God, August 4, 2013 was the first official service in where City of Light Worship Center and Shekinah Glory Ministries have come together to form the Shekinah Glory Worship Center.
After purchasing a 15,000 sq. ft. building and 2 years of change and growth. Pastor Abbott, now ascended to the Office of Apostle, under the direction of God changed our name to Kingdom Life Church. This was a God ordained change.
In 2018, through a divine appointment, God gave Apostle Abbott $1.5 million 25,000 sq. ft. building on 5 acres in Oklahoma City, OK for a sum total of $10. In January 2022, God then led Apostle Abbott to purchase a building in Wichita Falls, TX and then move there to further the Kingdom of God. Under the direction of Apostle Abbott, and new name, Kingdom Life International is a dynamic fast growing church in the heart of Wichita Falls, TX and virtually all over the globe.
Kingdom Life International is a Kingdom Gateway where culturally, ethnically, and economically diverse people can come for help, without fear of being judged or talked about, to be empowered through the principles founded by the Word of God.
Kingdom Life International is "A place where you can come as you are but through the power of God you won't stay as you are."
Apostle and Lady Abbott along with the Kingdom Life family, walk in expectation and are excited about what God is doing in His Kingdom.
